Dante, did someone actual use this as the quote, or are you just having fun on your own? Sadly, my brain is off and I can't tell.
So here is the quote IN context:

Just a little joke. I was skimming the text of the speech and I read it that way the first time around. In this context it sounds a bit more like a line Obama would use.
