This is close to the same level of Rep. Jack Kingston (R-GA) voting against a US House of Representatives resolution to congratulate the Univeristy of Florida for winning the BCS National Championship.

I love all the hoopla over "Who Dat?" That saying has been selling black face paint for over 100 years now.
I thought "Who Dat?" was a play on the Bengals' "Who Dey?"

Who knows? Who Dat seems phonetically stronger, and can be made louder when yelled due to pronunciations, but I'm sure that's all dependent on who is doing the yelling.
Hell, I spend the majority of my football watching time barking loudly...
