As it relates to this zoning situation in Manhattan, you are one of the only conservatives with the stones to say so.
The original church building for the Catholic parish where I was a memeber growing up int the 1950s and 1960s was built in the 1860s. Back then (the 1860s) parish members had to stand guard with guns at night to prevent others from tearing down what had been built during the day. Hopefully, someday Muslims and Christians will get along at least as well as Catholics and Protestants do now.
The church was in Knoxville, TN, the oldest parish in Knoxville.
